Sorry, we have to have rules...... just keeping it real !

- Only sites nominated may participate, however you may submit your site by email for
consideration.... pending approval since we can't visit every site on the net even though we try to
find the top and best sites...  If accepted we will notify you by email.

- Sites nominated must reply to us by date specified (July 17th) with the following:
- URL (http://   ) web address
- Site Name
- Your Name
- state: I accept my nominations
- Page you placed your code on for voting.
- Please also note if you are own multiple fansites so you may
be nominated and placed for best multi-site webmaster.
- Any comments, or questions.

- Sites who do not reply will be pulled from the awards !
(You may email if there are any special circumstances)

- Nominated sites must take a button and apply it to their site inorder to receive votes in the fan
choice awards, otherwise your votes will stay at zero , makes sense.

- Voting is permitted only once.

- You may vote for your own site.

- Sites that close before the award show ends forfeit their awards.

- Winners will be announced on the website on date specified, winners will also receive an
email confirming their winning and must pick up their awards from the winners page by August
30th.

- You may write a release or some sort of notification on your site announcing your nominations
in fact we encourage it to let your fans know about your accomplishment

- Consider this an honor, your site was chosen out of hundreds of sites.

- If you feel your site deserves to be nominated in another category you may email us and we will
look at your site again.
